Payne founded aha! Process in 1996 to offer a range of training solutions with a focus on creating sustainable success for everyone. She is an author, publisher, and career educator as well as an engaging, down-to-earth speaker. Payne translates abstract concepts into concrete strategies with a sense of humor.

Jonathan Edison is a "success strategist" and an expert in human development who delivers strategies, methods, and tools filled with insight and humor that consistently move people and organizations to their highest potential. Edison grew up in hardship, an environment that was a prescription for failure, but with courage and perseverance, he worked his way through college, studying education. He became a teacher and principal in Detroit Public Schools. He now, as an author and speaker, shares a message of courage, strength, and inspiration.
